There are three versions of MedicMate available for purchase*

Minimum Device Specification

• The program download is less than 6MB
• Windows Mobile operating system 2003, 5 or 6
• Touchscreen
• 64MB RAM

Bluetooth Warning: On some Windows Mobile devices users may encounter technical problems when using Bluetooth to handover patients. If difficulties arise, turn on your device's Bluetooth app. manually before initiating handover.

*PLEASE NOTE:

1. You can view the version of Windows Mobile your device is running by selecting the Start menu. Then select the Settings tab. On the Settings tab select the "About" icon which will then display the Windows Mobile version your device is running.
2. On purchasing MedicMate you will receive an e-mail containing an invoice, a registration key and the web address from which to download the software. 
3. WHEN UPGRADING FROM THE FREE TRIAL TO A FULL LICENCE YOU MUST UNINSTALL THE TRIAL LICENCE COMPLETELY. THIS ACTION WILL INCLUDE DELETING YOUR FREE TRIAL DATABASE AND THEREFORE YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA ENTERED. TO UNINSTALL PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

To uninstall MedicMate:

Go to the MS flag in the top left hand corner of your device, click and select 'Settings'. On the 'Settings' screen click the 'System' tab, then click 'Remove Programs'. Press down on the 'CMO Global MedicMate' line and select 'Delete' from the pop up Menu.

Then: Go to the MS flag in the top left hand corner of your device, click and select 'Programs'. Select 'File Explorer' and then select the 'Program Files' folder. Within 'Program Files' press down on the 'MedicMate' folder and select 'Delete' from the pop up Menu. The device is now ready to re-install MedicMate which you will need to do step by step from the beginning of the process as detailed in your purchase e-mail.
